The Monolithos of Santorini

The Santorini Monolithos, or the Seven Pillars of Santorini are an important feature of the island that visitors to the island will need to see. The seven pillars form a triad of ancient temples in the city of Santorini on the island of Santorini. The Monolithos itself can be found inside the temple that is located in Santa Monica, which is located right across the street from the Temple of Artemis Nike. You cannot enter the temple without a tour, but you can look at the inside before you decide if you want to go inside to see the Monolithos for yourself. If you choose to take a tour, you will have the choice of taking either a guided tour that will take you to the Monolithos by car or walking. with an attendant who will show you the inside. or on foot.
